Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, color, design selection, or because you changed your mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Return Instructions

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled because every item is custom made specifically for you.
